No one likes paying for shipping, thats why its free on all Canadian order over $99.

2- What shipping options do you offer?

All orders are able to be shipped by standard shipping. Some orders may be able to be shipped UPS ground, UPS Second Day, or UPS Next Day. Shipping rates for expedited shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, and your shipping address.

 3- How much does the shipping cost?

For all U.S. and Canadian orders over $99 standard shipping is FREE. For details specific to your region and your order please review shipping costs on the checkout page.

4- Will I be charged for duties?

Ebi Nutrition is not responsible for any duties & additional charges for international orders. Reimbursement will not be provided. 

 5- How long will it take to receive my shipment?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.

 6- How can i track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

7- Can I ship to an address other than my own? 

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address.
