Shipping Issues - Never Received

Shipping issues. First time was my error as the auto-complete address on my computer messed up and I didn't review the mailing address before confirming. I emailed and asked for the address to be corrected. Said you would re-ship. Received two separate emails asking me to review the product I had never received. I followed up weeks later, still not received. Said they were shown as delivered. Told me to re-order. Will not re-order as am out $135 from the last order. This product came highly recommended from my Naturalpath. I had been ordering them for the past 3 years. Sadly, I am now looking for other options with the same 6.5:1 Ratio.
